Title: ashwebsv.exe crashes in ispcs.dll
Post by: steve_rainbird on September 12, 2005, 11:21:12 AM
Using Avast home build 4.6.691

Every now and then whil using explorer I get a popup telling me ashwebsv.exe has"encountered a problem".  When I ask for details I find it is in ispcs.dll.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Isn't it Lspcs.dll?

If so, Google reveals that this is part of the CyberSitter application. Are you running this application?

Also, there's a number of incidents documented on the web where this DLL is crashing programs like Internet Explorer, GetRight etc.

Thanks
Vlk
