I bought a GrimeFighter license and it did not work (license was there but still wouldn't activate for some reason).
So I opened a ticket 3.5 weeks ago to ask for my money back (and to cancel the faulty license) and STILL I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE OR MONEY BACK.
This company is rubbish, their service is absolutely awful.
Don't buy anything from these jokers again.

If you do not get a response then call your credit card company and demand a charge back. You will get your money credited back to your card and the charge card company will deal with it.

Now that the New Year in underway, and Holidays come to an end, we hope to see more response from Avast in this Sub Forum.
There are many user posts/issues/concerns going unanswered.
