Title: Avast blocks HTTPS when selecting certificate

Does not provide establish a connection with https://213.24.62.114/
ie There is no window with a choice of certifying certificate
made an exception to the general settings, and web screen, but only helped off scanning https traffic

Actually the sites where the similar scheme of a choice of the certifying certificate too in a miss.
I have the feeling that the window with a choice of simply blocked Avast.
