Title: Registry Cleaner

Gets error message when running Registry Cleaner on a Windows XP PC.

This is the error message I get, Any who know why, and if it is possible to solv ?

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
X          Runtime Error!
Program:D:\i386\BART\aswRegCleaner.exe

This application has requested the Runetime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application support team for more information

I'll need the registry hives from that machine to analyze the problem. They are located in the <your windows directory>\system32\config. I'll need these files:
system
software

Could you send me that files by email, please?

same problem running cleaner on a xp pro workstation here sending you the registry info you requested

I've had the same problem.

Has any progress been made on this item - as it seems to date back quite a while?
