Running 2015.10.0.2208 Free on Windows 7 Pro ... ever since previous program update, Avast sometimes blocks email access. I'd hoped 10.0.2208 might have fixed things, but it didn't.
If I switch user and then come back, and I check emails, I cannot access any of my email servers. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't make any difference.
But if I turn shields off and then on again, access is restored until I next switch users.
All other internet access works absolutely fine.

Every email client I try - Outlook, Thunderbird, Mailwasher etc.
