Title: Call backup is working flawless But sms backup is not working

Hi,

I have installed Avast Backup app in my mobile. Call Backup Is working flawless. But Sms backup don't work most of the times. Even on Web side when we go to the backup and then Info , it shows Upload time : Just now but nothing updates in SMS tab. Please Help Me .. thanks In advance.

I have the same issue. It shows up on the website, but it doesn't download to the new phone.
