Title: restore calls & sms from archived device via my.avast.com

I installed a new rom on my phone. Now on my.avast.com I have this phone twice - one archived and one newly synced.

I try to restore calls and sms from archived device to synced one. I use "Restore all" button with "Skip restore of already existing elements" option checked.

After some time "trying to contact your device" popup changes into "we are unable to connect to your device". Nothing is restored.

The other direction (backing up new data into avast account) works fine.

I'm using cyanogenmod 11 on my phone. What I should do to restore old data to the phone?

avast (on your phone) has a option to check for connection problems.
Sometimes running this once or twice is fixing things although it is only supposed to check the connection.
Give it a try I would say.

Restore data from device.
Open Avast Mobile Backup, tap on Browse Backup. Click Device button and select from which device you want to restore your data. Tap on Restore all or select what you need to be restored and tap on Restore Selected. You can select whether already existing elements should be skipped during the restore by checking or unchecking this option. Restore will be scheduled and run.

it works for me.
