Nope, I and the majority of the people here who are trying to help others, are not working for avast.
We are just like you people who are using avast.
I know what you mean.
I (and many other volunteers here) see a increase of people who don't get their refund within a reasonable time.
Unfortunately there is nothing I (and the other volunteers) can do about it.
