Title: Suggestion Box? Also Genius Box Adware

There should be a suggestion box somewhere.  I just wanted to give someone a heads-up with a software title that attached itself to my computer.  I did not intend to download or install anything.  I know exactly when it happened though.  Its called Genius Box and prevented me from accessing anything online from IE 11 immersive or directly from my start screen.  I guess its adware of sorts.  It changed my settings and prevented me from fixing them until uninstalled.  Wasn't detected by Avast, but in my opinion, should be.  Thanks.  And sorry if this is posted to the wrong place.

On the avast website there is a option to report things like this.
