Title: GrimeFighter doesn't work [RESOLVED]
Post by: REDACTED on January 22, 2015, 12:02:27 AM
Good morning,

My grimeFighter bought on january 13 never worked: it starts and then stops immediately because it can't find my internet connection, even if my WiFi DOES work!

I tried several times without results (and I tried again some days ago).

So I sent a  Ticket ID: DVS-372-11337 to the center problem the same day, but no answer. I want to dispute the charge on Paypal if I have no answer soon, but I thought that I would try to let a message here before. Does anybody can help me? :)

 Thank you!

Hello.
There are some Wifi Adapters that are not supported by Grimefighter. THe message may indicate that issue.
The Refund Process can take from 10-15 Business days. :)

Thanks so much for your answer, so I'm not crazy! My WiFi is TP-LINK Wireless USB Adapter (if that helps).

You're welcome
I am personally not aware of the individual adapters that are not supported (if that's in fact your issue) and as far as I know Avast (dev's of Grimefighter) Have not provided a comprehensive list.
Be patient with the Refund Process as at times it appears cumbersome. :)

After questions about my problem, and try to help me, they finally refounded me. I am very pleased by how Avast dealt with it. :) Thank you!  :)
