i just get this same when i put email and last 4 numbers of my card Incorrect order number and/or password.

Not sure what you mean, post a screenshot.

It is either oder number + password or email address + the last 5 digits of your credit card.

nope i got on but when i try to change it it comes up with put email and password in when i put in it comes up with Enter a valid email address. i try to send ticket but comes up with enter a valid email. can i just cancel with bank be cos im sick of trying!

Ofcourse you need to provide a valid email address if you want to submit a ticket.
How else do you expect avast can answer the ticket?

i can not change if i can not get in there if the money go out my bank i will wont a refund but haw can i do that if i cant send a ticket!! with the email that i give you last time i payed and registered with ?

I'm having the same issue. When I attempt to log in to Manage Subscription, It say's to enter a valid email address. All of my information works fine on the main Avast site.

Why are you trying to login when there is no need to do so to submit a ticket?
ps:
your email is working if you just want to submit a ticket.

I had the problems as everyone on here. I want to cancel my subscription as Avast is problematic on Windows 10.
Nexway do not recognise my email address when I try to log in and the links provided here do not work. 404 errors
I have just cancelled the direct debit with my credit card company and asked them to investigate Avast/Nexway for fraud.
