Title: pls help me i can not instal avast in my pc

I FORMAT MY PC
WHEN I TRY TO INSTAL AVAST PRIME
I REACH THE POINT WHERE I HAVE TO PUT THE S/N
AFTER THAT I GOT MESSAGE THAT I REACH THE MAX TIME FOR INSTALLATION
PLS PLS HELP ME

What was the reason for the format?
Did you install all windows updates before installing anything else?
Is the date/time in the bios still correct?
What exact version of avast are you trying to install?
