Title: Can't download VPN license nor upload a support ticket

I have tried to download the license I just bought but when I click the download button it just freezes and doesn't download. Same with ticket, just refreshes and no sign that message/ticket was sent.

Help. New Toshiba computer and still working my way through Windows 8.
