Title: can't turn off options

Hi, I have the latest version of free avast on a windows 7 pc.
I go into settings and turn off all options and restart computer as required by avast.
When restarts all options are still on?
How do I turn everything off so all I have is antivirus?

browser clean up, home network security, private vpn...everything but basic free antivirus
