Title: Remove shell integration?
Post by: REDACTED on February 17, 2015, 09:26:06 AM
I'm on Win7 x64, using avast free 2015. How do I remove the avast scan entry from right click menus?

Change it in the registry or use one of the many (free) tools that can do it for you.

A special configuration value is described here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=98264.msg783524#msg783524

Thanks, but in Avast 2015 this option seems to be gone from the .ini file.

I have avast 2015.10.0.2209 installed and just checked.
The [UserInterface] section is still there on my system.
If it is not on yours, just create it.
