Title: how to whitelist applications
Post by: REDACTED on February 20, 2015, 05:03:23 PM
We use kix32.exe in netlogon scripts to map printers, etc.  However, Avast Endpoint Protection pops up a security recommendation that we are opening an application that is potentially unsafe.  Is there a way to whitelist this application so our end users are not unnecessarily annoyed with this pop up at each login?  Perhaps we could attemp to train each user to choose "open normally and remember", but we would much rather avoid this if possible.  We looked through the admin user guide, but could not find where to whitelist specific files.  Thanks in advance for any pointers how to accomplish this.

Thanks,

Dale+
