Title: How long does it take to get a response from open ticket

Hello,

I opened a ticket for Grimefighter on 19 Feb and have not gotten a response yet, how long does it take?
thkt# GID-466-47866 Received
GrimeFighter won't activate with valid License

Depending on the problem/priority, it can take some time - the only advice I can give you now is not to update or create a new support ticket as they are dealt with in a first in first out basis, so it could delay it further.

I have tried to attract some attention to this topic.

You're welcome, unfortunately as an avast user I'm limited as to what I can do - hopefully my flag will attract a response from one of the avast team.

It should be refunded within the next few days

If you are having trouble getting any kind of response from Avast in regard to your refund, I'd strongly suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau of San Mateo, CA. You'll be surprised how fast you hear from them.

I am having the same issue but with a different product. I have sent 3 emails since February 11 and still have not gotten a response. Worst Customer Service I've dealt with in a long time.
Maybe posting on this post will get at least a direction as to what to do. I do like the thought of the Better Business Bureau and may just do this if I do not hear from someone in the next few days.
