I religiously look after my main Windows machine and defrag regularly. I purchased and ran GrimeFighter. I used to have 150GB free on my disk - now I have 90GB free. Where did all my disk space go? I've cleaned everything out (using CCleaner) and deleted all my system restore points. Something ate up my disk space - right after using GrimeFighter.
Does anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance...
[UPDATE] It looks like C:\System Volume Information\ is now the culprit but that is a system folder I cannot access. Did GrimeFighter fill this up?
[RESOLVED] NG turned off did the trick - thank you...

NG it is - wow - unless you want to spend your days examining your AV software this would not be an easy find. Specifically - if I understand this correctly - that it is to do with deep scanning and not grime fighter. I suspect it has to do with GF being installed at the same time so it's hard to tell what changed.
Problem solved - 100GB returned - thank you very much!!!!
