Title: Avast Problem - Can't recive my license activation code

HI, a couple of days ago I ordered 3 license keys (for 3 computers) for 29,99 (50% SALE) I got my order number, And it said I will get my Activation code with a conformation soon, but i am still waiting for 3 days without any response. What should I do? If I am not getting the code soon, I will want a refund

did you not get a mail from avast with attached license file? ..... check your spam filter

I did not recive an email with an attached license code

I did check my trash/spam folder, and there is no Avast messages or anything like that.

I am going to make it resend an confirmation then

When I requested and license code this is what I got

Dear customer,

we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.

Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.

If you purchased your license from an Avast reseller please contact the reseller directly (http://www.avast.com/locate-dealer).

How did you pay for your license ?
- some methods take time to clear (like bank transfer, etc.), until it clears, then the license would take time to be sent.

Yes that takes a little longer for the funds to clear before the receipt/license email is sent. And that I guess is why there is no record yet of your purchase order to retrieve the license from the resend license link.

Exactly how much longer I don't know as I'm an avast user like ourself.

For now you can still use the product you purchased unrestricted, in trial mode for 30 days, before you have to insert the license.
