Title: There are no more files...?
Post by: rnorman on November 07, 2003, 05:50:16 PM
I get hit daily with email viruses so I'm glad Avast is there to handle them but on one previous occasion and again today when one of the messages is detected I get a Red colored message box saying:

Avast: There are no more files.

Cannot proces "e-Mail 'Newest Microsoft Secu...etc.

This results in an infinite loop if I try to delete the file or move it to the chest—It keeps trying to delete or fix the file, the message pops up and the process starts over.

What’s happening and how should it be handled?
Rob

See a related forum here (http://www.avast.com/forum/index.php?board=2;action=display;threadid=1499;start=msg9093#msg9093).

avast! have solved your virus infection as I can see...
Take care, Microsoft does not send email with patches!
This is actually a kind of virus transmission (more info here (http://www.avast.com/forum/index.php?board=4;action=display;threadid=1463;start=msg9098#msg9098).

Anyway, could you follow what pavels said?  ;)
