Bonjour voila j'ai installer avast mobile sur le telephone de ma mère, elle est aller chez son fournisseur téléphonique car elle avait des problème.
Le vendeur lui a changer la carte sim et détruit l'ancienne.
Et elle ne m'a parlé de rien elle m'a appeler après pour me dire qu'il était bloquer.
Le téléphone de ma mère devait m'envoyer un message sur mon portable pour me dire que la carte avait été changer j'ai fait plusieurs manipulation pour le bloquer à distance mais impossible. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide rapidement merci
