Keep in mind, the refund process can take several 'business' days :)

I am also waiting for a response to a refund request. It is impossible to talk to customer service people for this company. Very dissatisfied with the whole thing. Talked to support Monday and here it is Friday without a single response. Ticket ID: #VOA-488-30607

Jolly good. I appear to have left it too late asking for a refund so am stuck with a useless piece of software that has NEVER worked. My fault for being too busy to chase it up sooner then :(
