I upgraded my Win8.1 desktop's avast installation to the latest program version, and then afterwards avast started glitching out such that the background processes would not start until five to ten minutes after startup. I uninstalled and reinstalled avast! completely. I had to reinstall Firefox after that, but it seems to be working now.
Anyone else have any similar issues with the latest update?
