Title: File submission dialog box issues.

I recently reported an FP via the Avast file submission box on a 1024 x 600 notebook
2 problems.
1. The dialog states that an email address is optional but the submission will not proceed without populating the fields.
2. The dialog box has plenty of empty space but is too tall for the screen. Even tabbing through I could not see the labels on the two buttons at the bottom.
