Title: cant update my avast neteir input my activation key

dear sir ;

i have a problem since 20 days  that i cant  update my avast data base , its show me that i cant connect to the internet , 

nb: i have a windows xp

pls help me to solve the  problem

- Which Avast..? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
- Which version..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
