Title: GrimeFighter Good or bad ?/

After reading the comments on the board I am very skeptical if I should use that product ..looks like full of bugs..any news about it ..I dont wanna run into new timeconsuming problems !!

Don't waste money on it.
There are plenty of free applications that do the same.

tks, I guess it wont start by default if I have it ?? I already canceled and didn't ask for reboot ! Otherwise please let me know how to remove it ..really don't need new problems ..

You can go into Control Panel/Programs(add/remove)/Avast and choose "Change" from the installation options.
Make sure GrimeFighter is 'not ticked' in the "tools" (middle) Column. :)

Just to chime back in, I really love Avast and i think it's one of the best AV out there , I am just a little shocked that they would bring out GrimFighter which to me seems like a beta version ..Or maybe it's a third party company which screwed up ??
However I am glad that there is an option to change the product otherwise it would be forced to the OS.
