Title: EAC shows <not installed>, but it IS installed.
Post by: REDACTED on April 06, 2015, 11:08:24 PM
So I started going through my Computer Catalog to cleanup a little bit and I've noticed a few clients that DO have the End Point Protection client installed and running are reporting as <not installed>.
Is there fix for this?

I have verified that the client machine is updating regularly from the EAS...so I'm not sure how it's communicating and receiving updates but still displaying as <not installed>

Sounds like the console is hitting a duplicate machine found in AD or DNS.

Do a search in AD and remove any machines with the same, and do the same in DNS.
Once you're done that, remove the machine from the console before running an discovery scan and it should sort it out.
