HELP!
Im brand new and need to find out how I get hold of the billing department. I was double billed for GrimeFighter and need to get a refund. I cant find the 'ticket' area. HELP!

After you submit a support ticket via the link that Eddy has provided you should wait for a reply at least a week or two. It all depends upon which tickets gets to the support technicians/engineers first. Tickets are handled FIRST IN FIRST OUT BASIS. So the key is that always be patience.
