Title: ERR_TIMED_OUT, + steam store and online steam games

I`ve been using vpn trial untill now, and i bought the licence today. I recently another vpn software that also stopped working, so i thought i should go back to avast and buy the licence. I can access most of the websites, except steam community. The same goes for the steam store etc. I can download updates, but i cannot log on online games. It seems they have targeted steam for some sort of block.. Any one have a fix?

Thank you. I am in contact with support, and tried to uninstall avast with avast cleaner. That didn`t work, so i`ve sent the secureline log file for inspection. I really hope you guys can come up with a solution :) I can hardly think that the IP guy that works with the norwegian hospital internetts have such technical skills so he can block out your vpn service. I certainly hope not at least :)
