Title: Help with actual fixing

GrimeFighter is installed and I've rebooted.  So now what? 

When I navigate to the GrimeFighter screen is says I've got x issues with this and y issues with that.  But you can't seem to click to see any detail.  All you can do is "Optimise my PC" again.  Which involves another reboot.  So I go and do it again, go to screen, optimise my PC, reboot, screen, optimise, reboot.

Where does it all end?

Work on that is already in progress. A future version will show more details.

You can only use GrimeFighter to clean/fix everything if you have a license for it.
If you do:
- Run it
- Let it do its job
- Boot to windows

If you want to undo changes, just run GrimeFighter again and select the undo option.
