I can enter my.avast.com on my laptop using my looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong password, but using that exact password, copied and pasted and quadruple-checked to be certain there was no extra space or missing character at the beginning or ending, I can not sign in to Avast from my Android device (HTC Amaze 4G) when I try to register that device.
I thought perhaps the mobile version of Avast could not handle the length of my password, so I tried to change my password using my laptop and my.avast.com's Change Password form, but it said my password was wrong. I had only just logged in to the account via copy and paste and clicked my userid and clicked Change Password, so my paste was exactly what I used to successfully log in. I pasted in a blank space elsewhere and indeed the paste was my perfectly intact password.
Can you help with either problem 1 or problem 2?
