Title: Buggy Startup

I just recently bought the GrimeFighter tool, but when I reboot to optimize my PC it reboots and starts to load the "snap tool" or "snap shot", and then it gets real buggy. First the top of the screen gives some text that is unreadable and red, then it beeps at me for a few minutes. Then the screen goes blanks for a few min. Eventually it goes back to the Loading Snapshot screen. The loading bar is stuck at the middle of the screen and I left it over night to see if time would fix the problem. When I checked it this morning it was still stuck on the screen. Is there something that i'm doing wrong? If so how can I fix this issue? I am interested in what this product present, but if it can not be fixed could I get a refund?

It seems to me that GrimeFighter is not compatible with your hardware (e.g. video card).
Submit a ticket and ask for a refund:
