Title: Failed to Sync the Device

Hi all,

my.avast.com is not able to sync with the device.
The device was offline for 1 day but today, I activate it again and do a re-login to my profil but everytime the error occurs:

We are sorry, your device 'XXXXXXX' could not be synchronized because of a temporary issue on our side. Please try deleting it and then add it back to your Avast Account.

same problem. i use client for the rooted devices.

any comment from the developers ? when this will be fixed ? and what need to be done to fix this ?

I am having this same exact problem trying to install Anti Theft to my Father's SPH-L720T and it makes no difference if you do a normal install or a rooted install, same result.  Installations I made months ago have no problems, I can see them fine on my.avast.com but installations that I have tried to make within the past week (been trying to install to a Metro PCS phone since a week ago, and my father's Galaxy S4 since over 10 hours ago to no avail, worse yet, my father is about to travel overseas on this Monday morning and I am not able to count on Avast to help me protect his phone, Why Avast has to fail me when we need them the most -- BAD timing!!  This can pretty much cost Avast my business if the issue is not resolved by latest this Sunday night as I will be force to turn to a competitor I dont wish to name here out of respect to Avast [but it stars with 'C'] and it costs only $5 for lifetime as this phone needs to have a good rooted anti theft protection that actually survives factory resets and if Avast is not going to be available to perform this task, well someone else has to be available to protect our assets)
