Title: Blocking https sites

An user is asking why YouTube at https is not being blocked by Avast.
Other sites are working ok on https according to him.

What should I answer?

If I understand his post correctly, he is using avast to block websites that use https.
All https sites are blocked except the Youtube one.

I have no clue on why he want to use avast to block websites that are using https.

He is talking about a company.
It seems to me that he should block websites on his server and not through avast.

And why does he want to block websites that are using https and not others?

My suggestion is to find out what he really wants to do and why first before offering a possible solution.
