Title: impossibilità arrestare allarme

ho tolto la scheda SIM da un samsung s4 ed è partito l'allarme. non ho più la disponibilità del telefono di appoggio per sbloccare l'allarme, ho scritto ad avast ma non ho ricevuto risposte. qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema ed è riuscito a risolverlo?
