I recently change phones from iphone 5 to iphone 6. I used Secureline on iphone 5 without a problem. On iphone 6 my licence has now expired, so I renewed it for another 12 months. After installing I constantly get message that it can't connect using either optimal server or London.

I too am experiencing problems with this. However upon renewing my vpn license, I used a new e-mail. Upon purchase & being redirected to "download the license", it tells me the license is invalid yet the money has definitely been removed from my account for it. How do I go about fixing this problem? As I tried to download the license again afterwards & experienced the same issues.
