Title: Unable to start Boot Scan in safe mode

I think my computer got a bug or two. I ran a boot scan and it found some errors and some bugs and I sent them to the vault but I wanted to run it in safe mode. I can schedule it and restart the computer but it does not run. It just loads windows.
I am running 7.
