I purchased grimefighter today, and it keeps telling me to reboot and run.
So I reboot the computer, and see no changes, I run grimefighter and it tells me again, I have issues and that I must reboot and run.
This program is not working!!!!!
I have looked at the website, and cannot find anywhere on the site where I can call tech support or apply for a support ticket.
I am runnning windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I have looked at the forums, and I see that other users of Windows are having the same issue.
I dont understand why you would sell a program with the intent of supporting Windows 8.1 later this year.
DONT SELL THE PROGRAM UNTIL YOUR READY!!!!!
THATS JUST GOOD BUSINESS/COMMON SENSE!!!!!

Windows 8.1 is already supported.

I have the *exact* same problem. Just bought it tonight. Windows 8.1. Submitted ticket - I can see this product missed the mark.

Now have patience.
avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.
