Title: I'd like a refund or help :/

Hi, I'm not a super technical person but I have a desktop and my computer has been running slow and lagging so I got Grimefighter.

Every time I go to reboot it to hopefully fix up my computer it says "Init: no more processes at this runlevel" and "loading Jumpshot".

I've seen a few other complaints on this but none that I saw helped me.

I'm currently running Windows 7 home edition, please help me fix this or give me a refund. I'm extremely frustrated and annoyed.
