Every time I try to browser clean up I get this message, but I am connected to the internet. How can I fix this?

Try to repair Avast! :

1) Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Avast! - Change.
2) Repair.
3) Follow the instructions.
4) Reboot.
