I purchased Grimfighter and it isnt currently working. I tell it to run, and it will close my OS and start running its scan. It sits on the screen of "PC Sedated" for a while until it changes its screen to "HQ, Abort this mission." and that it encountered an error is sedating my PC.
How do I fix this?
I have a 64bit windows 7 laptop.

I have the same problem with a windows 8.1 machine and have submitted a ticket but have not had any reply. The standard response of submit a ticket needs to change to the provision of some solution to this issue. It seems grimfighter is bricking machines and there is no response except submit a ticket.
Please can someone provide some information on how to resolve these issues.

Unfortunately, if Grimefighter doesn't work, there is little to no tech support for Grimefighter issues in this forum.
As suggested earlier in this topic, please submit a ticket:

I get the "abort mission" too, after sedation. The help number was no good, she said my antivirus was blocking grimefighter. My antivirus is AVAST. Seems like they sold me something they won't allow to run. Well past the time that I could ask for a refund, even if I knew how.

As has been explained over and over again, the phone number is NOT avast but a third company.
