Title: Mistake

I installed Grimefighter and after working for half an hour it notified me "you found a mistake in our programme, we cannot work here, we work on it". What should I do now with this programme if it doesn't work?  Are they joking or what?

It is a known fact that GrimeFighter is not working on all systems.
If it doesn't work for you, ask for a refund.

I am trying but the support page rejects my e-mail and said that there no on user with such login. What should I do with that? Is it a special barrier or a bug?
