Title: Unable to access own web server

I recently bought a VPS and loaded apache onto it, but when I try to visit both the domain and ip address, Avast blocks the connection with this warning:

The only files that apache is serving at the moment is the default installation page on Ubuntu. I also cannot find a way of removing this block as well.

URL:mal means URL or IP is on a blacklist for whatever reason
