I finally figured out how to cancel auto-renew, but when I'm on the findmyorderstore site and I enter my email I get a "enter valid email address" message. My email is valid. It's the same exact one my Avast account is registered under. How can I rectify this? I want to cancel auto-renew and now it seems like I can't.
