I connected Dropbox to my grind fighter app on my Android device but I don't see how you can upload a file to Dropbox to save it for backup how do you do this?

Hello,
you can do it from Advanced cleaning from categories Media and Files. Just select any file in these categories and on the left bottom of screen appears icon with cloud. By tapping it you will send your files to Dropbox account you have previously set up. As you mentioned you need to backup files (means files stay on the device and copy is sent to Dropbox) check your settings and uncheck the option to delete files after transfer.
Please let me know if this was helpful, thanks.
