Title: Grime fighter stuck at loading Jumpshot

I bought the one year subscription to grime fighter yesterday and ran the program on reboot it has been stuck on "INIT: no more processes left in this run level        Loading Jumpshot"   It has been "loading jumpshot" for more than 8 hours now and I have been reading other people's issues with the product and I am worried that this product might be a complete scam since all of the reviews I have seen say that if you get stuck at loading Jumpshot then the product will not work on your computer and to ask for a refund.  I personally would like the product to work so I was wondering what I could do to get the product working?

Unfortunately, Grimefighter does not/will not work on some Systems. Also unfortunately, there is really no technical support for Grimefighter on this Sub Forum. :-\
 Pretty much only user input here.

You can go to http://support.avast.com  (http://support.avast.com)and "Submit a Support Ticket".
If you want to request a refund please provide as much info as possible about your case(s) at form https://support.avast.com/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/27/&cls01&ptf01&lic01&scr06  (https://support.avast.com/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/27/&cls01&ptf01&lic01&scr06)- select Refund request on left side.

If/When you submit, please be patient for the response and do not submit more then once and altering/modifying initial ticket will cause longer response time.
Process should take approximately 7 business days. :)
