How do you allow utorrent through avast's fw? What are the best settings?

Also, Do I need to enable ICS if I want to share files through my network?

ICS = Internet Connection Sharing
Sharing files > http://lmgtfy.com/?q=setup+file+printer+sharing

There is no such thing as best settings in a firewall except for blocking all ports and only open those who are really need.
