How Can i send virus samples to avast!? I try the Avast Virus Lab.It was very slow to reply.Pls tell me alternative way to submit.Oh! i also try virus chest and get frustrated.Avast! is very slow on act to the new unknown viruses:(

Email: virus at avast dot com
Subject line: "False Positive"
File attachment: Zip the file and password protect it as "infected" (without quotes). If you submit it via avast gui the file will be submitted after the next vps update/streaming update. Once Avast gets the file, they will have to analysis the file first. You can also send samples via Avast Support by support ticket.

Hello,
for new virus samples don't put "False positive" to email subject, but "undetected malware". Or use https://support.avast.com/ -> Avast Virus Lab.

I prefer to test malware at Virustotal or Jotti.
