i tried to disable and enable again but now working :'( :'( :'(

Don't worry.
You can't do anything with the reward points anyway.

Whilst Eddy is right, until the points system comes out of beta when avast have some idea how quickly people can gather the points, then they can work out the rewards.

Until then the points would continue to accumulate.

Having signed up to the avast community, it may take a little time before you are actually going to see it recorded.

Aww it's in beta  :'(
by the way i disabled the option join in avast community, i turned off my pc then i went to sleep after 8 hours i started pc selected the right option and award unlocked

Yes, but the points will be awarded and at some point when it comes out of beta they can be used.

Thanks for the confirmation that the avast! community award has now been included and counted.
