Title: Agent Installation

I've installed several desktops and a couple of servers.
One thing I've noticed is that not all of them appear in the "Computers With Agent" section.
Those that do are always coloured Black or Red.

Could you briefly explain what the reasons behind the agents not being installed and what could cause the ones with agents to show as Black when they are online (checked with a ping)?

Oh and I checked to see if the Agent service is running on the PC's...it is.

So there are no GREEN machines in the catalog?

Very rarely, they seem to disappear after a while and go black.

I've distributed avast to 42 clients, and only 15 are showing in the Dynamic groups (with agent) in various states.
